1. RULES
   All events shall be rowed according to the NZSSRA Rules and Regulations and the NZRA Rules and Regulations where the NZSSRA constitution states these apply. By their nature these Conditions contain summaries of many of the relevant Regulations and Rules therefore Schools competing are recommended to make them selves conversant with the full sets published in the NZSSRA Constitution, Regulations Rules and Appendices.
   These can be viewed on the Internet at www.schoolrowing.org.nz. Copies may be purchased at the Regatta Secretaries office.
   The Race Committee reserves the right to change the conditions, programme or course should exceptional circumstances prevail. In the event of a matter arising that is not covered by these Rules and Regulations then the Race Committee shall decide.
