The order of business will be as follows:

1. Roll Call/Proxy Recognition
2. Apologies
3. Remit
   That Regulation 6.3 be added to the Regulations for Regattas:
   

   "6.3 The Regatta Committee may limit entries to the regatta.
    A) The Regatta Committee may impose a limitation setting the
       maximum number of crews a member may enter in an event.
    B) A limitation may apply to one or more events.
    C) More than one limitation can be imposed upon a regatta.
    D) Every limitation will form part of the conditions applying
       to the regatta and, as such, must be notified in the
       programme and will be subject to approval by the appropriate
       Association."
